Sh. Rajendra Khatri, Director of R. K. Carriers India Pvt. Ltd. is the overall Head of Operations and respective project heads reports to him.
Sh. Rajkumar Bohara, FCA deals and assist in the matters related to Finance, Project Planning, Management & General Administration, as and when required.

- – Sh. M. P. Khan, AMIE (Mining) having 20 years of experience in handling complex mining projects is overall In Charge for Mining Operations. He is coordinating the ongoing work at Jaisalmer & Panadro sites.
- – Sh. O.P. Bhargava, BE (Mech.),Ex. Sr. Manager – RSMML is Head of Jhamarkotra Project.
- – Sh. M.C. Tandon, BE (Elec.), Ex. Asst. Engr. RSEB is Head of Vadodara Project.
- – Sh. A. S. Lodha, Ex. Dy. Manager – RSMML is the overall In charge of Personnel & Administration.
- – Sh. Ajay Paliwal, Chartered Accountant is the In Charge of Finance Deptt.
The existing overall strength of employees of R. K. Carriers Group is 257 as in March 2009.
At respective project sites adequate number of executives, supervisory and operational staff of different functional disciplines are being deployed.
Five number of Second Class Mining personnel are deputed at Sanu Mines Project at Jaisalmer & other site. In addition adequate number of skilled mining supervisors, mate, blaster etc also deputed at these work sites.
To take care the financial management of the organisation following addition personnel are employed – –Two number of Account Officers at Udaipur –Three Number of Junior Accountant at Udaipur –Five number of Account Officers at projects. –Six Number of Junior Accountant at projects
Organization has association with experts & consultants in the field of mining & basic engineering to provide technical assistance for planning & execution of projects in technical viable manner.
